1. Your business is growing. Spend £3-7,000, save £20,000 first year

Take on another member of staff and it will cost you at least £8.00 per hour including on-costs. Just at basic rate a new member of staff is likely to cost over £300 per week, every week. Add on additional office space, additional equipment, desks, car etc and all of this can easily add up to £20,000.00 per year and more. Just for a basic member of staff. You might even have to move offices to accommodate them.

I could work from home on occasion and save the time and cost if we had TCM. It would save those evening returns and weekend visits to the office for information which I need for the next day. I could send and receive e-mails, write letters and make calls and keep in touch with what’s going on while I’m out of the office. And everyone is kept informed because my work goes straight into TCM.
