Your Business is GrowingTake on another member of staff and it will cost you at least £8.00 per hour including on-costs. Just at basic rate a new member of staff is likely to cost over £300 per week, every week. Add on additional office space, additional equipment, desks, car etc and all of this can easily add up to £20,000.00 per year and more. Just for a basic member of staff.
